"Eldercare gains TSA Code of Practice Part 1 accreditation"
Article posted 23rd November 2005
On 21st November 2005, Eldercare were visited by the SSAIB inspectors to undergo assessment against the TSA revised version of Code of Practice Part and were found to have no non-conformances. Gaining accreditation not only allows us to be publicly recognised as delivering an excellent service but also enables our corporate customers to be passported through the Supporting People Quality Assessment Frameworks (QAF) (Main and Lite) for Social Alarm Services in England, as announced by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister. Achievement of the Code of Practice by a Service Provider is considered to be equivalent to a Level C in the QAF.
Eldercare has always been a key player in the Social Alarms industry and was the first UK centre to be awarded BS5979 and ISO9000, but we will not stop there! Eldercare will now turn its attention to Part 2 and Part 3 as a priority for 2006. So if you are looking for a Control Centre that offers an independent view and a quality service accredited by TSA to the latest standards – look no further!!"
