Paying for the Service
Payments can be made monthly, quarterly or annually by either direct debit or cheque.
Before ApplyingIf you decide to subscribe to our kompanyon service, you will need to consider the following factors before installation can take place:-
You will need at least two local key holders such as relatives, friends or neighbours. These people will hold a copy of your door keys and will be prepared to assist you in the case of an emergency whether during the day or night. These key holders will need to be on the phone so that they can be contacted by our centre should you need assistance. If you do not have any key holders please telephone our team of customer advisors on 0808 100 2435 to discuss any alternative options such as key safes.
You will need a telephone socket connected to a working outside telephone line; one in use with your current phone will do.
You will also need a spare 13 amp electrical socket near the telephone socket to take the square pin supply plug for the alarm unit.
