Service Offering

SeniorLink is a true ‘hidden gem’ in the community alarm market. With its unique ability to offer the highest of service levels and a light touch opportunity to subscribe to the service at no setup cost, SeniorLink truly delivers reassurance and support to those who need it most.

Value for money

SeniorLink's pricing is purposely kept as keen as possible to provide fair access to as many people as we can. Compared to many local authority services and other third party company offerings, we believe our prices provide the best value ownership cost available today.

SeniorLink is a service set up by Help the Aged in 1984. Since 2006 the service has been provided in partnership with Eldercare, a social alarm provider with over 20 years’ experience. Eldercare is registered to the Telecare Services Association’s highest standards of service delivery. The profits of this partnership are split between the two organizations, which means that even more people can be helped.
