However much you try to be there for Mum, Dad or other loved ones, you can’t be around every second of the day and, especially when family and friends move apart, it can be difficult to know who to call on to come and help quickly when the need arises. This is another area where we can offer you support.
In certain parts of the country, we deliver emergency response services, with teams of highly trained emergency responders who can be with your loved one, usually within 30 minutes of them summoning for help.
As soon as they arrive, our staff will assess the situation and sensitively and sympathetically take the required action. This can be anything from helping you back on your feet after a fall and sitting with you until you feel better, or something more serious like summoning the doctor or emergency services.
We can also provide emergency personal care should this be needed and will let family and friends know what has happened and how the situation has been or is being resolved.
