Whilst our emergency response centre (Rossendale) and head office (Rawtenstall) functions are based in Lancashire, we also have field-based employees serving communities across the UK in a variety of operational and business development positions. From control centre operators, emergency responders, domiciliary carers, engineers to business development executives, there are a variety of roles with Eldercare that may be suitable for you.

Customer Sales Advisor
Rawtenstall
Salary: competitive
Job type: Full time permanent

Passion for customer service and the ability to work effectively with customer enquiries is very important to this position. Join us and become an “Everyday Hero” supporting customers to live independently.

Key responsibilities of a Customer Sales Advisor:

Handle calls and process emails to assist or resolve enquiries
Process customers orders in a timely manner and with knowledge of the services and products we can supply
Looking for ways to improve customer experience and efficiencies
Pro-active follow up calls to customers

This is an office based role from our Lancashire office, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm on a permanent basis.

This is a fast paced position, where you will need to use all the skills we have trained you on, to handle the calls with the professionalism they require. We support people to live independent lives within their own home, with them knowing they have someone to reach out to, in times of need.

To be successful in the role of Telecare Services Advisor you will have experience:

  • in a care or customer service environment
  • working with Microsoft applications and be fully IT literate
  • on the telephone and be confident to provide reassurance and an empathetic service to all our customers
