For more than a quarter of a century it has been our privilege to provide technology-enabled care and response services, as well as traditional homecare, that enable safe and independent living for elderly and vulnerable people across the UK. We give our customers, their relatives and friends, peace of mind that whatever circumstances may occur, we’re at hand to help.
We work in partnership with a large number of Councils, NHS Trusts, Housing Providers and charitable organisations across the UK, with our approach being to offer practical and valuable services and support on a national basis.
Whether it is the provision of monitoring, response or to advise on the roll-out of large, integrated assistive technology projects, we provide professional yet personal support, that is independent and flexible to meet the needs of our customers.
Quality of service is paramount to us as an organisation, and whilst we set the highest standards for ourselves, we also hold a number of externally accredited standards including ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental and ISO 18001 Health and Safety, Centre Security BS 5979. In 2013, we extended our accreditation to the Telecare Services Association (TSA) Code of Practice from Telecare (all parts, held since 2005) to include Telehealth; becoming one of the first service providers to be fully accredited to the TSA Integrated Telecare and Telehealth Code of Practice. We are also registered with the Care Quality Commission for the provision of domiciliary care services and have achieved an overall ‘Good’ rating on our last three audits.
