Our mission is to make living independently safer and easier for vulnerable people of all ages, providing ‘peace of mind’ and reassurance to carers and families
After mum had her fall we thought a care home might be the only option. We are delighted that we found Eldercare. Mum’s happy in her own home and we’re reassured that she’s safe.
Each year sees new advances in technology and new ideas of how to support people in their own homes. We see our purpose as making sense of the various offerings that become available and working out what advantages they may bring to people.
We then look at how Eldercare can make these services work at a sensible price. Here, we set out the breadth of our services that enable us to achieve our mission, from assistive technology to the delivery of domiciliary care.
We look forward to discussing your needs and how Eldercare may be able to help.
Professional yet personal support
We provide support services to a wide range of local authorities, housing associations, charities and private clients across the UK. Whether it is the provision of monitoring, response or to advise on the roll-out of large, integrated assistive technology projects, we provide professional yet personal support.
A person-centred approach to service delivery
As an independent service provider, we are in the somewhat unique position of being able to assess for, prescribe, install and monitor equipment from across the assistive technology spectrum. This enables us to provide a fully ‘person-centred’ approach to service delivery.
Flexible and comprehensive physical response services
Our flexible and comprehensive approach is mirrored in our physical response services. That is to say we can offer a range of responses from traditional emergency response through to emergency domiciliary care.
Accreditation and registration
Quality of service is paramount to us and we hold annually accredited standards for ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental, ISO 18001 Health and Safety, Centre Security BS 5979 and the Contractor’s Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS). In 2013, we extended our accreditation to the Telecare Services Association (TSA) Code of Practice from Telecare (all parts, held since 2005) to include Telehealth; becoming one of the first service providers to be fully accredited to the TSA Integrated Telecare and Telehealth Code of Practice. We are also registered with the Care Quality Commission for the provision of domiciliary care services.
