This is a fast paced position, where you will need to use all the skills we have trained you on, to handle the calls with the professionalism they require. We support people to live independent lives within their own home, with them knowing they have someone to reach out to, in times of need.
To be successful in the role of Telecare Services Advisor you will have experience:
- in a care or customer service environment
- working with Microsoft applications and be fully IT literate
- on the telephone and be confident to provide reassurance and an empathetic service to all our customers
